1. Who we are
Zenith Play LLC ("Zenith Play") operates zenithplays.com. We decide how personal information collected through this site is used.
2. Information you give us
When you use our contact form or game development request form, we receive your name, email address, the message you write and, for project requests, optional details such as your company, platforms and timeline.
3. Information from your browser
Our servers may log technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request. We use it to keep the site secure and working.
We use Cloudflare, a content delivery and security service, which processes this request data on our behalf. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure site performance. According to the provider it does not use cookies and does not track visitors across websites.
4. Information stored on your device
We store two small preferences in your browser: your age confirmation and your cookie notice choice. Games may also save simple settings locally. See our Cookie Policy for details.
5. Why we use information
We use your details to answer your message, to evaluate and discuss a project request, to keep the site secure, to improve our games and to meet legal duties.
6. Our legal basis
We process information to respond to requests you make, for our legitimate interests in running a safe and useful site, and where the law requires, with your consent.
7. No advertising trackers
We do not run advertising trackers or sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross context behavioural advertising. The only analytics we use is Cloudflare Web Analytics, described above.
8. Who receives information
Your form messages are sent by email to our studio mailbox. We use hosting and email providers who handle data for us under their own security commitments. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
9. How long we keep it
We keep form messages for as long as needed to answer you and manage a possible project, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under Washington and California law, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to ask for a copy, to correct or delete it and to object to certain uses. We do not discriminate against anyone for using these rights.
12. Children
Our site and games are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a young person has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
