1. About these terms
These Terms govern your use of zenithplays.com and the games and services offered by Zenith Play LLC ("Zenith Play", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Who may use the site
Our site and games are for adults aged 18 and over. By confirming your age you state that you are at least 18 and that you are allowed to use the site where you live.
3. What we offer
Zenith Play develops social games. Games on this site are free to play and made for entertainment. We also offer game development services to business partners, described in the Game Development section.
4. No real money gaming
Zenith Play does not offer real money gambling. Our games contain no wagering, no deposits, no withdrawals and no prizes of monetary value. Practice or success in a social game does not imply future success at real money gambling.
5. Virtual credits
Credits and points in our games are virtual items for entertainment. They have no cash value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, goods or services, and may be reset or changed at any time.
6. Using the games
You may play the games for your personal, non commercial entertainment. You agree not to copy, scrape, decompile, resell or attempt to interfere with the games, the site or other visitors' use of them.
7. Our intellectual property
The games, artwork, characters, text, code, sound and the Zenith Play name and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms give you no ownership of them.
8. Game development requests
When you send a project request, you are asking us to talk about a possible project. A request does not create a contract. Any development work starts only after both sides sign a written agreement that sets the scope, price and timeline.
9. Content you send us
Anything you send us through our forms must be accurate and lawful. You allow us to use it only to answer you and to evaluate your request, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Availability and changes
We try to keep the site and games available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend or remove games and features at any time.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law permits.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law permits, Zenith Play is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or games. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in Washington have jurisdiction over disputes, unless the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
